NANDANA Architects is a Mumbai-based architecture and interior design firm dedicated to creating functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces. Our services include architectural design, interior design, renovation, space planning, and project consultation. These Terms govern all our professional engagements, consultations, and projects.

Clients engaging NANDANA Architects agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including project site details, measurements, and design requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and approvals during project stages.
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule in the contract or quotation.
• Obtain necessary permissions, if required, for project execution or site access.

Our services include design consultancy, planning, documentation, and site supervision (where agreed). Deliverables will be clearly mentioned in the project proposal or contract.

Any additional work beyond the agreed scope—such as material sourcing, structural revisions, or extra drawings—will be treated as a variation and may incur additional costs.

• All fees are agreed upon before project commencement, as outlined in our quotation or agreement.
• Payments must be made in stages, linked to design or project milestones.
• Late payments may delay deliverables or attract interest as per mutual agreement.
• All payments are non-refundable once a design stage is completed or delivered.

All architectural drawings, designs, layouts, 3D renders, and documents created by NANDANA Architects remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, modify, or share these materials without written consent.

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the design solely for the agreed project.

While NANDANA Architects strives for accuracy and quality, we are not liable for:

• Construction delays, material quality issues, or errors caused by third-party contractors.
• Misuse or alteration of our designs without approval.
• Damage or loss resulting from external factors, force majeure, or client decisions outside our control.

Clients may request revisions during the design process as per the limits defined in the proposal. Significant design alterations or additional site visits beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases:

• Fees for completed design stages remain payable.
• Advance payments for pending stages may be adjusted or forfeited based on work completed.
• All design rights remain with NANDANA Architects until full settlement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
